Welcome to the online edition of our popular Meditation in Motion Weekend Retreat.  Due to Covid-19, we aren’t offering in person retreats this year.  Instead, we’re offering an online edition of this popular retreat!

Are you ready to live free of fear, anger and doubt?

Do you find yourself making the same bad choices over and over again?  Why do you do that?  It’s your past, sometimes called karma.  It shows up in the form of fears, anger and doubt that causes you to make the same bad choices over and over.

What if you could live free of that old fear? What if anger and doubt had no control over you? Would you want a life like that?  Wouldn’t life in 2020 be just a little easier without fear, anger and doubt?

Through a series of yoga and meditation sessions you’ll see how easy it is to break the karmic cycle.  You’ll break free of the prison those past fears, anger and doubts have made for you.

You’ll free yourself from the karmic seeds that are holding you back in life.  You’ll completely deepen and enrich your yoga and meditation practice.  Best of all, you’ll start living a life of Meditation in Motion.  Fear, anger and doubt will lose their ability to push you around and you’ll flow with the currents of life without hesitation.

Those who participate in this first edition of this online retreat will qualify for the $50 registration for any future online edition of the Sadhana of Prana retreat with Bhakti House.

What to Expect

Our in person retreat starts at 7am and ends at 9pm each day but, as we’ve all started to experience, spending that much time on a computer screen is difficult.  We’ve adjusted the schedule to focus on the essence of Meditation in Motion.

Preparation

  • Access to videos on registration to begin preparing.
  • Email access to Ramdas to answer questions as you prepare.

During the Online Retreat
(All times in Mountain Timezone)
Friday

  • 7-9pm — Introduction to the 3 Keys of Consciousness

Saturday

  • 7-9am — 1st Key
  • 11am-1pm — 2nd Key
  • 3-5pm — 3rd Key
  • 7-8pm — Yoga Nidra (optional)

Sunday

  • 7-9am — Sadhana of the Self
  • 11am-12:30pm — Special Guest

Throughout the weekend, Ramdas will be available to meet individually with participants.

On-going Support

  • Access to recordings of all sessions.
  • Access to weekly, private Facebook & Zoom meetings.
  • Guaranteed registration of $50 for all future Sadhana of Prana online retreats.
