Weekly Classes

Mindful Movement – 60 Minutes
This is the perfect class for those just beginning yoga or those who want to refresh their experience with the basics of alignment and breath.  Traditional Yoga postures combine with mindfulness and meditative awareness to create a dynamic meditation practice.  One of the many benefits of this practice is developing the skill to break your reactive habits and patterns.


Sunday Satsang – 60 Minutes
Satsang means "gathering for truth."  Each Sunday Ramdas shares his insights into how yoga can be used in everyday life.  Using yoga for exercise is a worthwhile endeavor.  Using yoga to change your life takes what you experience on the mat and allows it to transform the way you experience every moment of life.
