Free admission* to weekly classes is one of our monthly membership benefits.

Intro to Yoga – 60 Minutes

This is the perfect class for those just beginning yoga or those who want to refresh their experience with the basics of alignment and breath.


Posture of Consciousness – 60 or 90 Minutes

“Using yoga just for exercise is like using an airplane as a car.” ~Ramdas  This class returns yoga to its roots as an internal discipline rather than just another exercise class.  Traditional Hatha Yoga postures combine with mindfulness and meditative awareness to create a dynamic meditation practice.  One of the many benefits of this practice is developing the skill to break your reactive habits and patterns.


Series Classes – 90 Minutes

Many people want to start practicing yoga but, often, they don’t know which classes to take or how to start.  We designed our Series Classes to walk you step by step through the various practices that we offer.

    • Level I—Posture of Consciousness—8 Weeks
      • Learn how to move into and out of the 38 Hatha Yoga postures commonly used in our classes.
      • Learn basic breathing and meditation techniques.
      • Benefit from the immediate impact these practices have on your everyday life.

    • Yoga Nidra—4 Weeks
      • Learn about the subtle bodies and how they affect each other.
      • Understand the science behind Yoga Nidra and how to effectively use intentions.
      • Receive audio recordings from all 4 sessions for your person use.
  •  
    • Level II—Meditation in Motion—4 Weeks
      • 1 year previous yoga experience or prior approval required.
      • Level I teaches you to break reactive patterns.  Level II answers the question, “Now what?”
      • Attune to the natural intelligence of the body.
      • Begin living a life of meditation.

Series classes will begin in February.  These classes are offered at a discount to members, they are not included in the free weekly admission benefit.


Yoga Nidra – 60 Minutes

This guided meditation requires no previous experience and takes you to the deepest levels of relaxation and peace.  If this is your first time experiencing Yoga Nidra, please read the following pages:  What is Yoga Nidra?  Set An Intention.


Meditation in Motion – 90 Minutes

Meditation in Motion requires prior experience with Yoga.  Having a regular practice teaches you how to begin breaking reactive patterns but once you stop knee jerk reactions, then what?  Meditation in Motion answers this question.  This practice refines your attunement to the natural intuition of the body.  This attunement, in turn, allows you to follow the natural ebb and flow of life rather than having to always struggle through life.
